These Terms govern all purchases made on poisibiza.com and are subject to Spanish law, in particular Ley 3/2014 de 27 de marzo, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in full. Pois Ibiza reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In case of an obvious pricing error, the order may be cancelled even if already confirmed — the customer will be notified immediately and offered a full refund.

Pois Ibiza is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ibiza, Spain.

Pois Ibiza ships to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost: €15.00 flat rate per order.

Free shipping on orders of €150.00 or more.

Estimated delivery time: within 7 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the package and report any damage or irregularities to the courier at the time of receipt. Pois Ibiza is not liable for damages not reported at delivery.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Ley 3/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline at info@poisibiza.com with your order number and intention to return.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, complete, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are returned incomplete may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Pois Ibiza is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Pois Ibiza accepts the following payment methods:

Credit & Debit Card — processed securely via encrypted payment gateway.

PayPal — payments processed through PayPal’s secure platform.

Bank Transfer — orders paid by bank transfer will be processed and shipped only after payment is confirmed in our account. Please include your order number as payment reference.

All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Pois Ibiza does not store card details.

Pois Ibiza processes personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales (LOPDGDD).

Data collected: name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information necessary to process orders and fulfil legal obligations.

Legal basis: performance of a contract (order processing), legal obligation (fiscal records), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention).

Data recipients: payment processors (PayPal, card gateway), shipping carriers, and IT service providers — all bound by data processing agreements.

Retention: order data is retained for the period required by Spanish fiscal law (minimum 5 years). Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.
